We have 2 options available. The first is were we supply the landlord the electricity vouchers to supply to the tenant and the other option is we link the meter to EasyPay so the tenant can purchase directly from all major retail outlets. You can visit www.easypay.co.za??for all the outlets.
The funds will be transferred to your account at the end of every month together will full reports on purchases.

We will need a copy of your utility bill and a DB box must be installed in the unit.
There is no limit. You can install one meter per unit regardless of the number of units on the property.
All our meters have anti tamper detection. Should someone try to tamper with the meter, the meter will lock and not supply electricity until reset with a tamper clear code.??

Depending on which meter you choose, normally the meter is installed next to the DB box inside the house. Please ask us about the other options.
